At ALDO, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return unworn items in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the unworn items in their original shoe box or packaging and include the printed return packing slip inside.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
